Early Years
Ages 5-8
Helping young children build emotional expression, confidence, communication skills, mindful awareness, and positive social habits through playful and emotionally safe learning experiences.

Pre-teens
Ages 9-12
Supporting pre-teens as they build emotional awareness, attention, confidence, friendships, communication skills, and healthier digital habits during important growing years.
Programs include CTRL+ALT+DEL, Calmversation Camps, Calzone, Open Student Forum, Scroll Less, Live More, emotional wellbeing workshops, SEL activities, and digital balance experiences.
Teens
Ages 13-18
Helping teens navigate stress, focus, emotions, identity, exam well-being, communication, and digital balance through reflective, practical, and relatable learning experiences.
Programs include CALzone, Ikigai, CTRL + ALT + DEL, communication workshops, Ikigai for Teens - a purpose discovering workshop, and emotional wellbeing sessions for teens.
Parents & Educators
